Shot with Violette

For years, we dedicated ourselves to solving one of the film industry’s most persistent challenges: how to capture the authenticity of firearms on screen without the risks of blanks or the compromises of CGI. Out of that effort came Violette — a safe, in-camera system designed to protect lives while preserving cinematic realism.

Now, we are opening a new chapter. Instead of producing Violette as a closed product, we are making our technology, designs, and development work available for the industry to use and adapt. This means armorers, prop makers, and special effects professionals can build their own versions, customize models, and even 3D-print bespoke props that integrate the Violette system.

Our goal is simple: to ensure that no one ever again loses their life to unsafe weapons on a film set, while giving filmmakers the freedom to tell their stories with authenticity and creativity.

We believe safety in cinema should never be proprietary. By sharing our work, we hope to empower the global film community to innovate, adapt, and expand upon Violette — making it not just our achievement, but a collective step forward for the art and science of motion pictures.

Violette is no longer just a product. It is a platform — open to the professionals who bring stories to life.
